Job Description

• To prepare & arrange daily delivery schedule for delivery teams.
• Save & upload MyCello POS system, print feeback & bill copy.
• Contact customer
• Prepare Jobsheet for delivery team
• Prepare document for Delivery Schedule (DS) attach such as Store Copy, Delivery Order (DO) & Stock Return Note (SRN).
• To assist customer self-collect at warehouse.
• To contact Contract lorry for delivery services when necessary with quotation provided.
• To prepare Label for goods returned from Delivery Team to warehouse.
• To prepare stock labeling for warehouse
• To handle general administrative & clerical support
• Maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Perform ad hoc task as assigned from Superior from time to time.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is an added advantage
• Matured with good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently. 
• Computer literate in Ms Excel & Ms Word.
• Working hours from 8.30am to 5.30pm
